Our philosophy at RioVida Gluten Free Bakery is to prepare gluten free products with ingredients that are both healthy and local.
We also like to work with ancient grains like quinoa and chia seeds adding nutrition to the products we hand craft for you.
All of our products are made in a gluten free facility. All of our products are gluten free and made with the finest gluten free ingredients. Please state any allergies or other special concerns in letter form prior to purchasing or ordering any products.
Once our products leave the premises, we are not responsible for any cross contamination of gluten or any other allergen inducing products.
Please advise your staff in the proper way to handle our products in order to assure no cross contamination will occur when serving our products as we will not be held responsible for any cross contamination or allergy issue in the event of the mishandling of our products.
